Changes to Axis Price Cap

At Hobsonville Point, we've already built 422 affordable homes, with another 200 on the way. We've just announced an increase to their price cap, from $550K to $650K. This market adjustment will allow builders to continue to deliver a diverse range of high-quality homes, and comes at the same time as changes to the buyer income cap, in line with Kiwisaver HomeStart criteria.
